• Drawing in other styles that isn't mine (Disney style, Studio Ghibli style, etc.)

• NSFW/ Too revealing

• Overly complex mecha

• Furry

• Gore

• Fetish materials

• Political/religious themes/figures

• Offensive material

• Logo or branding design

• NFTs or AI-related Projects

• By commissioning me, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

• I reserve the right to refuse any commission request.

• Communication will be conducted via instagram/twitter DM or email

• All prices may listed in MYR/USD and may vary based on complexity.

• A specific % deposit is required before I begin working depending on the types of services (may vary from 30% to 50%)

• Payments are accepted via bank transfer

• Prices may be subject to change depending on demand, complexity, or additional requests.

• Non-Commercial Use: 

Clients may use the artwork for personal purposes only (e.g., profile pictures, printing for personal use, sharing online with proper credit).

• Commercial Use: 

If the artwork is intended for commercial purposes (e.g., book covers, merchandise, advertisements, animations), the client must purchase commercial rights (+50% to +200% of the base price).

I (the artist) retain the rights to the artwork for both profit and non profit use.

• Exclusive Rights: 

If the client wants full ownership and exclusive rights, an additional fee will apply (+200% to +500% of the base price).

I (the artist) retain the rights to the artwork only for non profit use such as portfolios, promotional materials, social media with proper credit to the client.

Above terms are absolute unless agreed otherwise by both parties. 

I will provide sketch previews for approval before proceeding.

Revisions:

• Minor changes during the sketch phase are free.

• Revisions for major changes vary depending on types of services.

Turnaround time varies depending on complexity and my schedule as I have a full time job.

• Full Refund: If I have not started the commission.

• Partial Refund: Depends on which stage I managed to do.

• No Refunds: Once the artwork is fully completed.

• I reserve the right to cancel a commission and issue a refund if I am unable to complete it for any reason.

• Completed artworks will be delivered in PNG/ JPG/ MP4 via Google Drive

• No physical items will be shipped.

• Clients may not claim the artwork as their own.

• Clients may not use commissioned artwork for NFTs, AI training, or cryptocurrency-related projects.

• Clients may not edit, resell, or distribute the artwork for commercial purposes unless commercial rights have been purchased.

• I will provide updates at sketch and flat color.

• Please allow 48 hours for replies.

• By commissioning me, you agree to all terms outlined in this document.

• Terms may be updated at any time, but existing commissions will follow the version agreed upon at the time of order.
