I am an Economist (2025 Economist Program) at the International Monetary Fund. My research interests span the economics of innovation, industrial policy, and international trade. 

Previously, I had worked as a research assistant with the Industrial Policy Group, a consultant for the World Bank Development Research Group, a Fellow at Oxford Global Priorities Institute, an IMF intern (FIP), and a visiting researcher at the Bank of Finland (BOFIT). I hold a DPhil (PhD) and an MPhil in Economics from Oxford University.

My roots lie in a cozy, wintery town in northeast China.
