Co-Director, Production Manager, and Animation Lead for Gobelins Annecy film "Kiss Me Not". Presented at the 2026 Annecy Festival in collaboration with Citia. A film about 2 people that meet each other at a New's Year Party and their subsequent love story.

Production Schedule and Shot Progress

Here is my work on production tracking on Kitsu and Excel (our pipeline and task tracking). For Kiss Me Not, I helped create and organize our project overview. I created the folders, tasks, and helped assign artists. On Excel, I developed our team's calendar. This calendar is where I track the milestones, kick-off dates and meetings.

Production File Management, Communication, and File Set-Up

Below is a collection of screenshots from production notes, guides, file organization and channels I created. I would set up all animation files in TvPaint with layout, animatic, layers, and director notes for shot assignment. Developed a clean-up guides, and video tutorials for animators on brush settings. Communication was done primarily over Discord and retakes were handled over SyncSketch. Managed a team of 26 people including recruitment, scheduling meetings, and onboarding for animation. Lastly, a screenshot of a pitch deck I created for teacher and Citia executive review.

Lightbox Expo 2025 Announcement- MAKE Originals

Storyboard artist and production assistant for Lightbox Expo 2025 advertisement. Below is the attached social media post and production scheduled using Wrike (MAKE's inhouse production tracking software). Worked with executive director, production coordinator, and 3D department on notes plus asset proposal visual looks for FX.
