I am a learning and development professional with 15+ years of experience designing engaging online learning for children and adults. I specialize in creating impactful training programs, leading agile teams, and aligning learning solutions with organizational goals. My work focuses on identifying learning needs and delivering innovative, practical, and learner-centered experiences.
I bring strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and clear communication to every project, with a passion for helping organizations grow through effective learning and development.
I’m often described as a “Mary Poppins”—bringing creativity, levity, and a sense of possibility to the work while still keeping teams focused and moving forward.
