In Fall 2022, I have begun my PhD program in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Georgia State University. In the field of dynamical systems and differential equations, I obtained my PhD from the Department of Mathematical Sciences at the Isfahan University of Technology (2014-2018). During my PhD program, I had the opportunity to take a nine-month sabbatical at the University of British Columbia to advance my research. I received my undergraduate and master's degrees in pure mathematics from the University of Isfahan (2007-2011) and the Sharif University of Technology (2011-2013), respectively, before enrolling in my PhD program at IUT. Prior, during and after my PhD, I worked as a lecturer or teaching assistant at Sharif University of Technology, Sheikh Bahaei University, Isfahan University of Technology, University of British Columbia, University of Isfahan, and University of Applied Science and Technology. I have taught a variety of math courses, including Pre-Calculus, Calculus I, Calculus II, Differential Equations, Engineering Mathematics, Mathematics and Statistics. Besides my expertise in dynamical systems, differential equations, and bifurcation theory, I also have a special interest in applied mathematics and mathematical modeling. The experience led me to decide to pursue another PhD degree in applied mathematics at GSU and join Dr. Pejman Sanaei's research group.
