1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, joining our Discord Server, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy, Support Policies, and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use and leave our Server immediately.

2. Account Eligibility & Safety

Users must meet the minimum age requirement set by Discord Inc. (at least 13 years old, or as required by local laws). You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Discord account. Our team is not liable for any losses or damages arising from compromised or hacked accounts.

3. Virtual Goods & Server Economy

All roles, virtual currencies, reward points, or items within the Server are purely for entertainment purposes and hold on real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for real money under any cicumstances. The administration team reserves the right to adjust, reset, or modify the virtual economy system as necessary to maintain server balance.

4. Sevice Termination & Moderation

The administration team reserves the right to suspend, mute, kick, or permanently ban any user from the Server without prior notice if they violate these Terms, breach Community Guidelines, cause public disruption, attempt to exploit or breach system bots, or harm the community in any way.

5. Disclaimer & Affiliation Notice

This website, service, and all affiliated Discord Server are operated independently by the 781Media Digital Community. team on an "As-Is" basis. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially representing Discord Inc. or Google LLC in any capacity. All trademarks and copyrights belong their respective owners.

1. Information We Collect

Because our core services operate through Discord and certain community events are conducted via Google Forms, we only collect essential data necessary for server administration, including:

• Discord Profile Data: Discord User ID, Username, Avatar, and Server Roles.

• Contact & Gmail Data: Email addresses (Gmail) or necessary registration details submitted when participating in special events via Google Forms.

• Interaction Data: Logs from Support Tickets or bot commands.

• Proof of Payment: Payment slips (used solely to verify Server Booster perks or voluntary donations).

2. Purpose of Data Usage

We use your information strictly for specified operational purposes:

• To verify identity and assing appropriate roles and permissions within the Discord server.

• To Manage Community Events: To identify participants, select winners, announce results, award prizes, or contact users regarding event coordination via Gmail and Google Forms data.

• To provide customer support and address inquiries through our Support Ticket system.

• To verify voluntary contributions and maintain server safety anti-abuse protocols.

3. Data Protection & Sharing

• No Selling of Personal Data: We will never sell, rent, or trade your Gmail address or personal data to third parties, nor will we use it for unsolicited promotional marketing (spam).

• Access Control: Form responses, email details, support tickets, and payment slips are strictly restricted to authorized server staff/administrators handling the respective matters.

• Third-Party Services: Most of your user data is processed under the security infrastructures of Discord Inc. and Google LLC (subject to the Discord Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy).

4. Your Rights & Support Contact

You reserve the right to request access to, correnction of, or deletion of your personal or event registration data stored by us at any time. Please contact our staff team by opening a Support Ticket inside our Discord Server.

1. Scope of Transactions

Real-money transacitions within our community are limited strictly to supporting the server via Server Boosts in exchange for server perks or designated roles. All other virtual currencies or in-server items do not constitute real-money transactions.

2. No Refunds Policy

• Contributions Are Final: Boosting or making voluntary contributions to the server is done on a voluntary basis. All contributions and payment are final and non-refundable (via cash, wire transfer, or store credit) under any cicumstances.

• Discord Billing System: Because Server Boosts and Discord Nitro subscriptions are billed directly by Discord Inc., any billing inquiries or refund requests regarding Nitro must be directed to Discord Support. Server staff cannot process monetary refunds on behalf of Discord Inc.

3. Revocation & Booster Parks

Booster roles, special channel access, and perks will be revoked under the following conditions:

1. You transfer your Boost to another server or cancel your Boost subscription.

2. You violate Community Guidelines resulting in disciplinary actions (Mute, Kick, or Ban). Staff reserve the right to revoke all perks without any monetary refund or compensation.

4. Assistance with Booster Perks

If your Booster perks or roles fail to apply automatically after boosting the server, please open a Support Ticket in our Discord Server with a screenshot proof so our team can assist and grant your roles manually.
