eligibility Requirements

Eligible are natural persons who have reached the age of 18 years. This may change due to special partnered giveaways with other requirements. In this respect, the instructions in the context of the first competition post are to be taken into account. Country-specific laws are to be observed.  The Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and the purchase of a good or service is not necessary.Should a participant be restricted in his legal capacity, the consent of his legal representative is required.

Not eligible to participate in the competition are all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and employees of the organizer and their family members. In addition, the operator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are valid reasons, for example (a) manipulation through having direct access to the competition or manipulation of the procedure of the competition , (b) a breach of these terms of participation, (c) unfair behavior or (d) providing of false or misleading information in connection with the participation in the competition.

Eligibility to participate in the giveaway or competition will also be determined by geographical location. The geographical restrictions of the giveaway will be specified on the initial giveaway social post. 

Prize, Notification and Transmission of the winnings

The distributed prize is described within the initial competition post, published on the respective social media platforms. 

The winners will be determined after the closing date of the competition as part of a drawing lots.

The winners of the competition  will be informed about the win contemporary via direct messages through the social platform on which the giveaway was posted. 

The delivery of the prize will be made exclusively to the winner or to the legal representative of the minor winner. An exchange, a pickup or a cash payment of the winnings are not possible.

Any costs incurred for the delivery of the winnings are covered by the organizer. Any additional costs associated with the claiming of the prize shall be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for a possible taxation of the winnings.

If circumstances occur that are beyond the control of the organizer, the respective winner accepts a reasonable replacement prize. Such unenforceable circumstances are in particular those that lie with the sponsors of the prizes.

If the winner does not respond within three weeks after being contacted twice, the prize can be transferred to another participant.

Termination of the competition

The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior announcement and without providing any reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt a planned procedure of the competition or would prevent it from doing so.

Data Privacy

For the participation in the competition the indication of personal data is necessary. The participant confirms, that the information provided about his person, especially first, last name and email address are true and correct.

The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will not be passed on to third parties without consent, nor will it be made available for use by third parties. Depending on the type and scope of the competition, especially in case of competitions with sponsors, the personal data of the participant may be passed on to these sponsors for the purposes of the competition. In such a case, the operator will point this out separately in the corresponding social media posting. 

In the event of winning, the winner agrees to the publication of his name and place of residence in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner on the operator’s website and social media platforms.

The participant can revoke his declared consent at any time prior to contest completion. The revocation must be submitted in writing to the operator by the sponsor's email located on their website. After revoking the consent, the collected and stored personal data of the participant will be deleted immediately. If said revoke happens to draw as winner or runner up, the individual has forfeit all rights to any claim of said winnings.
