These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Handwriter Pro mobile application (the “Application”), developed and published by GoReva Infotech (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

1. Use of the Application

Handwriter Pro is provided to help users convert text into handwriting-style output and perform OCR (optical character recognition).
You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Content

You retain full ownership of any text, images, or files you upload or create using the Application.

• The Application processes content primarily on your device.
  
  

• We do not claim ownership of your content.
  
  

• We do not store your personal files on our servers.
  
  

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use any content you upload.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Application, including but not limited to:

• Handwriting styles
  
  

• User interface
  
  

• Logos and branding
  
  

are owned by Goreva Infotech and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Application without prior written permission.

4. Advertisements

The Application may display third-party advertisements (such as Google AdMob).

• Ads are provided by third-party networks.
  
  

• We are not responsible for the content of advertisements shown.
  
  

• Interaction with ads is governed by the advertiser’s own policies.
  
  

5. Third-Party Services

Handwriter Pro may use third-party services, including:

• Google Play Services
  
  

• Google AdMob
  
  

• Google ML Kit
  
  

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Goreva Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  
  

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Application.
  
  

• Use of the Application is at your own risk.
  
  

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Application.

Any changes will be effective when posted on this page.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
