These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Hanae / Spoot Game mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
The Platform is a marketplace and booking system that connects:
Users/Trainees who browse trainers/coaches and book sessions; and
Coaches/Trainers who create profiles, manage schedules, accept bookings, communicate with users, and deliver training sessions.
The Platform may include features such as chat/messaging, scheduling and bookings, invitations/friend requests, location/GPS-based features, rankings/leaderboards, and challenges.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, a parent/guardian must review and accept these Terms and supervise your use, where permitted by law.
You may be required to provide accurate information such as your name, phone number, email address, and other profile details. You agree to keep your information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Unless we approve otherwise, you may not create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions, abuse rankings, or manipulate the Platform.
If you register as a Coach/Trainer (“Coach”):
You confirm you have the required skills, experience, and (if applicable) certifications to provide training services.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, pricing, availability, and location information.
You must comply with applicable laws, safety standards, and professional conduct.
You agree not to discriminate or harass any user.
You are solely responsible for the training services you provide and for any advice given to users.
Important: We do not independently verify Coach credentials unless explicitly stated. Users should use their own judgment when choosing a Coach.
As a user (“User”):
You agree to provide accurate booking details and follow agreed session rules.
You are responsible for your own health and fitness condition. Consult a professional before starting training if needed.
You agree to behave respectfully and follow community guidelines.
Users may book sessions based on Coach availability. A booking may be confirmed automatically or require Coach confirmation depending on the Platform configuration.
Cancellation rules may vary by Coach or service type. Unless a separate Cancellation/Refund Policy is provided, the default rules are:
Users should cancel as early as possible.
Coaches should not cancel frequently; repeated cancellations may lead to account restrictions.
No-shows may affect the user’s ability to book in the future.
Rescheduling is subject to Coach availability and may be handled via the Platform chat or booking system.
If there is a dispute about a session (e.g., missed session, safety concerns), users may report it through support. We may review evidence such as chat logs, booking records, and related metadata, where legally permitted.
If the Platform supports payments now or in the future:
Prices, currency, and fees are shown before payment.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
You agree to the payment provider’s terms in addition to these Terms.
We may withhold or reverse payments where fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations are suspected.
Coaches: You are responsible for your tax obligations and for complying with local laws regarding income and services.
The Platform includes chat and invitations between users and coaches:
You must not send illegal, harmful, harassing, sexual, threatening, or spam content.
You must not share personal data of others without permission.
You must not attempt to move transactions off-platform to avoid fees or policies (if fees apply).
We may monitor or review messages only to the extent necessary for safety, legal compliance, and platform integrity, consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
The Platform may use GPS/location services to:
Show nearby coaches/fields/places,
Provide directions or approximate distance,
Improve booking accuracy and safety.
You can disable location permissions in device settings, but some features may not work.
The Platform may display rankings for users and coaches (e.g., top trainers, top trainees). Rankings may be based on activity, bookings, attendance, ratings/reviews (if enabled), challenge results/achievements, or other criteria defined by the Platform.
You must not manipulate rankings via fake accounts, spam bookings, fraud, or coordinated abuse. We may reset, remove, or adjust rankings at any time to protect integrity.
You may be able to post content such as reviews, profile info, messages, and images (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your User Content as needed to operate the Platform.
You must not upload content that is illegal, copyrighted without permission, or violates privacy or rights of others.
We may remove content that violates these Terms.
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for illegal activities.
Harass, threaten, defame, or exploit others.
Share hate speech or discriminatory content.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Platform.
Scrape data or collect personal data without consent.
Upload malware, spam, or fraudulent content.
Impersonate others or create fake profiles.
Training and physical activity involve risks. The Platform provides a booking and communication service only. We do not provide medical advice.
Users should consult a physician before engaging in physical training, especially if they have medical conditions.
Coaches must provide safe instructions appropriate to the user’s level and must not offer medical diagnoses.
We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time if:
You violate these Terms,
We suspect fraud, abuse, or safety risks,
We are required by law or regulators.
You may stop using the Platform at any time. Where required by law, you may request deletion of your account/data (see Privacy Policy).
The Platform, including its code, design, logos, trademarks, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
The Platform may integrate third-party services such as payment processors (Stripe), map providers (Google Maps/Apple Maps), analytics/crash reporting, and push notification services.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
that the Platform will always be available or error-free,
that coaches will meet your expectations,
that bookings will always be completed without cancellation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for:
personal injury or health issues arising from training sessions,
disputes between users and coaches,
indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages,
loss of data, profits, or business.
In all cases, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to the Company (if any) in the last 6 months, or AED 0 if no payments were made.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
your use of the Platform,
your violation of these Terms,
your training services (for Coaches),
your interactions with other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we may notify you via the app or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Disputes should first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting support. If unresolved, disputes may be brought before the courts of Dubai, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
