Han Yu Garden: HSK Cards is designed for offline Chinese vocabulary practice. We respect your privacy and keep the app simple: no accounts, no advertising, no tracking, and no developer-operated analytics.
We do not collect personal information.
The app does not ask you to create an account, enter your name, provide an email address, or submit any personal details to us.
The app does not track you.
The app does not use advertising identifiers, third-party advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking, or behavioral advertising.
The app does not include developer-operated analytics or remote logging.
Apple may provide developers with aggregated App Store and crash information through Apple’s own developer tools. This information is handled by Apple and does not allow us to identify you personally.
The app offers optional in-app purchases to unlock additional HSK levels.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card details, billing address, or other payment information.
Purchase status is checked through Apple’s StoreKit system so the app can unlock content you have purchased and restore purchases when needed.
The app may store app preferences and learning progress locally on your device, such as:
selected language
unlocked levels
music mute setting
exam high scores or progress values
This information is used only to make the app work correctly between launches. It is not sent to us.
The vocabulary content is bundled with the app and can be used offline after download.
The app does not require a user account or an internet connection for normal study features.
The app is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because the app does not collect personal information from users, it does not collect personal information from children.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information because we do not collect personal information.
We may update this Privacy Policy if the app’s features or data practices change.

This policy also covers the Android version distributed through Google Play. On Android, optional one-time purchases are processed by Google Play, and the app uses Google Play Billing to check purchase status, acknowledge completed purchases, unlock purchased content and restore purchases. We do not receive your payment card details or billing address. Purchase entitlements and study preferences are stored locally on your device. The app does not send this information to a developer-operated server. Google may provide aggregate app statistics and crash diagnostics through Play Console under Google’s privacy policy.
