Postdoc Opening: 

Location: The Center for Theoretical Physics (CPHT) – CNRS / École Polytechnique (map)

We are looking for motivated researchers to explore the field of:

• Quantum Information Theory.

• Highly Entangled Quantum Matter, including topological and fracton orders, and its application in quantum information and quantum computing.

• Non-equilibrium and non-hermitian complex quantum systems.

The start date of the position is September 1, 2026, but earlier or later start dates are also possible.

Appointments are usually for two years, with a possibility of renewal subject to performance and continued funding.

The successful candidate will contribute to a vibrant research program focused broadly on many-body physics.
