Our competence in designing and managing construction activities is shared across all HPB Operating Centers (Cabinda and Luanda) in order to ensure the best operating practices of the local construction markets is deployed throughout our site teams.

We own a construction development division, which aims at increasing HPB's development of construction methodologies and processes. It also looks to foster long-term construction partnerships, providing HPB with an additional edge in construction activities.
