We have a variety of entry-level schemes for students and recent graduates, including vacation placements, internships, sponsorships, graduate training programs and cooperative education.
Our graduate training programs are ‘real jobs’ that challenge the academic excellence trainees showed while in school, and give them experience and skills as engineers and management professionals as the first step in a long-term HPB career. As a trainee, you will be part of a global team and learn from the best in a variety of short-term assignments

We want innovative problem-solvers who can work in teams or on their own, as well as being flexible and adaptable to an ever-changing environment.
We need talent in a variety of disciplines and are looking for people taking bachelor’s or master’s degrees in disciplines such as:
- Mechanical engineering
- Software engineering
- Petroleum engineering
- Instrumentation
- Structural/civil engineering
- Electrical/electronics
- Metallurgy/materials
- Process engineering
- Finance/accounting
- Business management
