Hamsa Kitchen - Handmade Food is dedicated to bringing you the freshest ingredients in their most delightful combinations. Chef Eran Regev, the founder of Hamsa Kitchen, decided long ago to spread his love of fresh organic Mediterranean cuisine. He began his career in Israel, and made the transfer to New York where he felt there would be an audience for his refreshing take on these healthy, flavorful dishes. 

Today, he is one of the top creative chefs delivering his unique signature menus, tailored especially for you; whether it’s a private event, an office breakfast/lunch, happy hour, and more…
