This is a simplified form for gathering information for the frog book (student run year book), the goal of the book is, most importantly, to include every current student, staff and faculty member, a picture, entry year and at least one method of contact for the future. 

"Frog Books," also known as The Community Book, are a longstanding Hampshire tradition. An amalgamation of stories and photos from Hampshire's students, faculty, staff, clubs, and culture all across our beautiful campus. As the final full year of Hampshire comes to an end, we are giving this tradition a final hurrah! The structure might look different as we are planning to include stories and photos from Hampshire's past and present. Keep in mind we wont be able to publish everything, keep stories juicy, unique, and brief. If you simply need a place to grieve or write more long form about your experience at Hampshire please reach out to lastfrogbook@gmail.com. We want to hear everyone's story.
