About Us

Here at Hampshire School Organization, we are a group of volunteer parents committed to supporting our teachers and students! As a 501(c)3, all donations are tax deductible. The HSO holds fundraisers to meet our annual budget to provide supplies to classrooms, field trip transportation, new playground equipment and other requests as received from the Principal. We are always looking for more help whether it be through volunteer support or donations that are monetary or your time!

Board Meetings are held the third Wednesday of every month at 6:30pm.

2025/2026 Board Members

President: Dana Robinson

Hi! This is my third year serving on the HSO board and second year as president. My husband, Erik, serves on the Village board and my daughter Kaleigh (4th grade) and son Kellen (3rd grade) attend HES. We love Hampshire and supporting the staff and students in our school!

Vice-President: Stephanie Weston

I am so excited to get back into the swing of HSO happenings this year as your Vice President! We love supporting our HES teachers and families. My sons Max (3rd grade) and Atticus (6th grade) love Hampshire and HES and we are all ready to make this another wonderful school year!

Treasurer: Meagan Rago

I am so excited for the opportunity to serve as the treasurer this year. I love doing everything I can to support the HES community and wonderful teachers and staff. My daughter Sophia (1st grade) attends HES and my son Luca will attend when he gets to kindergarten. We love this school and community!

Secretary: Sam Schaefer

I'm thrilled to be back on the board as your secretary again this year! I aim to continue to open communication and engagement between our organization and the parents of our HES school community. I have a 4th grader (Liam) and a 1st grader (Nolan) at HES! Go Whip-purs!
