This season, beginning with November, is the best time to explore Hampi. This mystery city demands you to roam around, dig in, and explore its hidden wonders. With pleasant weather, it’s comfy to roll up and explore the paradise and have a lot of fun with strangers.

Travelers from any part of India can join the trip,DOT is a TAMIL based travel community.

Consists of 70% of solo travelers and 30% of group travelers

DAY 0: Travelling from Bangalore to Hampi / Fun time with travellers (5th Dec, Fri) 

• We start our train journey from Bangalore to Hampi around 10 PM (please note that the train transportation is not inclusive of the package, we will assist you to book same train journey to travel along with co-travellers)

• A fun, ice-breaking time with co-travellers as we go along an overnight journey 

TRIP INCLUSIONS 

• Accomodation- 2 Days / 1 Nights in a cozy Resort stay

       ( Triple Occupancy)           

• Transportation- Private comfortable and cozy AC Traveller                     

                                 -To visit the sites inside HAMPI mentioned in itinerary

                                 -With Toll and Parking charges

                       -State and other taxes

                       -Driver allowances

NOTE : TRAIN TRAVEL COST WILL NOT BE INCLUDED.

Travelers from whichever location you are , we will help you out with the complete transportation with other co-travellers from your destination to reach Hampi  (the fares will not be included)

• Breakfast on 2nd Day (only 1 meal) 

• All the guide charges for all the historic places will be included

•  Coracle ride charges will be included

• Entry tickets for all the historic sightseeing sites from Stone Chariot, Lotus Mahal, Queens Bath, Elephant Stable will be included.

• Experienced Trip lead  will be present at all times during the trip from the starting point to the dropping point

• Complete coordination & private whatsapp group with DOT team. 

TRIP EXCLUSIONS

• Anything that’s not mentioned in the inclusions

• Train fares are not included

• Any meals that is not mentioned in the package inclusions

• Any personal expenses/activities that are not mentioned in the itinerary

• Any kind of expense of loss/misplaces/theft of personal belongings

• Any transportation and accommodation support other than the common travel plan is not included

THINGS TO KNOW

BASIC INFO

• Total No of slots- 17 slots

• Both solo travelers and group travelers can join the community trip

• It is perfect for both solo and group travelers as we have 70% solo travelers usually for every trip and group travelers say couples,friends,cousins etc.

• 50% ratio will be Female slots and 50% ratio will be Male slots.

• Age category criteria- 18 years to 39 years

• It's a Tamil based travel community and our travelers will be joining from different parts of South India.

TRAVELERS FROM OTHER PLACES OTHER THAN COIMBATORE

• We will help you out in arranging train or bus travel with other co-travelers from your destination to reach Bangalore(Fares of to and fro to Bangalore will not be included)

• We will pick you right from the railway station or bus stand whichever transportation mode you are choosing to travel with other co-travelers

• Common Travel Plan- After all the travelers reach Bangalore, we will be starting our trip from Bangalore.

MONEY

• You will likely need to carry Rs. 1k approximately for your personal expenses and miscellaneous expenses.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR CONFIRMED SLOT

• You can pay an advance of Rs.1999 to book your slot.

• It’s completely based on first come first serve basis,only 17 slots

• Fill in the booking link with your details and payment,you will get the slot booking confirmation to your mail-id.

• We will be creating a private whatsapp group 1 week prior to the trip
