HOW TO REGISTER
Please read the class info posted below, and send an E mail to,,, kkgym@sympatico.ca with your child's name, birth date and a contact phone number, along with a class preference, and we will confirm your spot along with further info and payment instructions.
NOTE: Once you have received your confirmation, you will be required to make payment for the first 4 week session, plus the once per season registration fee, within 3 days. Failure to forward payment will result in your spot being removed.
GENERAL INFORMATION ( please read)
Our observation area is open for parent viewing. If your child is experiencing any symptoms of sickness, we will isolate her and send her home, so please make sure she is healthy beforehand.
Please fill out your registration form at the gym on your child's first class, available on the upstairs observation room counter.
To prepare for your child's class she will need to wear a body suit or shorts and a T-shirt. Bare feet is required and long hair should be tied back. Please continue to bring a water bottle with their name on it.

DESCRIPTION: A 1 hour program for girls without parent assistance. Focus is on fun, fitness and very basic gymnastics skills using modified traditional gymnastics equipment.

DESCRIPTION: A 1 hour program for girls, focusing on fun, fitness and basic gymnastic skills using modified traditional equipment.

Sunday 1:00 to 2:00

For Girls born in 2022 and OLDER (by age groups)
DESCRIPTION: For the beginner to intermediate gymnasts ages 4 and older. Working on all Olympic events with emphasis on physical activities that develop strength, flexibility, co-ordination and overall fitness.
CLASS TIMES:
Saturdays 9:30 to 11:00
Saturdays 11:30 to 1:00
Sundays 1:00 to 2:30
Tuesdays 6:00 to 7:30
Thursdays 6:00 to 7:30

BOYS GYMNASTICS

(AGES 4 TO 8 ONLY)
DESCRIPTION: Program focuses mainly on tumbling skills and some limited apparatus work, such as vaulting and single bar. Note that we do not offer a full boys program as we are not equiped or staffed to handle all age groups.
