Hamid Firooz

Welcome! I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at North Carolina State University. Prior to this appointment, I served as a Visiting Fellow (Senior Economist) at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and held faculty positions at the University of Rochester and the University of Florida.

My research interests include International Economics, Market Power,  Macro-Labor, and Firm Dynamics.
