This Privacy Policy applies to the “To The End” mobile game (“Application”), provided by HAMBAT (“Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By using the Application, you acknowledge the data practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT DIRECTLY
The Application does not require users to create an account or provide their name, email address, telephone number, or other directly identifying information.
The Application stores limited game preferences locally on the user’s device, such as:
• High score
• Sound settings
• Other basic game preferences
This locally stored information is not transmitted to servers operated by HAMBAT. It can generally be removed by clearing the Application’s data or uninstalling the Application.
2. ADVERTISING AND THIRD-PARTY DATA COLLECTION
The Application displays optional rewarded advertisements using Unity LevelPlay, ironSource Ads, and Unity Ads.
When the Application or its advertising providers deliver and measure advertisements, the following categories of information may be collected or processed automatically:
• Advertising identifiers, such as the Google Advertising ID
• IP address
• Device or app-specific identifiers
• Device manufacturer and model
• Operating system and version
• Application name, version, and package identifier
• Language, time zone, screen resolution, and general device settings
• Network and connection information
• Country or approximate location derived from the IP address
• Advertisement impressions, views, clicks, completion status, and rewards
• Application interaction and session information
• Diagnostic, performance, security, and fraud-prevention information
Depending on the user’s location, device settings, consent choices, and applicable law, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.
HAMBAT does not receive users’ names, email addresses, or similar account information through the rewarded advertising feature.
3. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING
Information processed by advertising providers may be used for:
• Delivering rewarded advertisements
• Selecting personalized or contextual advertisements
• Measuring advertisement performance
• Confirming advertisement completion and granting in-game rewards
• Analytics and service improvement
• Detecting fraud, abuse, invalid traffic, and security threats
• Complying with legal obligations
4. CONSENT AND ADVERTISING CHOICES
Where required by applicable law, users will be asked for consent before non-essential advertising technologies are initialized or used.
Users may be able to change their privacy choices through consent controls presented by the Application or advertising provider.
Users can also manage or reset their advertising identifier and advertising privacy settings through their Android device settings. Privacy controls may additionally be available through the privacy or information icon displayed inside an advertisement.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before consent was withdrawn. Users may continue to receive contextual or non-personalized advertisements where permitted by law.
5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Application uses third-party services that process data according to their own privacy policies. These providers may act as independent data controllers or processors depending on the service and applicable law.

6. SHARING OF INFORMATION
Information may be disclosed:
• To the advertising and technology providers identified above
• To service providers supporting advertisement delivery, measurement, security, and fraud prevention
• When required by applicable law, court order, or lawful government request
• When reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service Provider, or the public from fraud, security threats, or unlawful activity
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of the Application, subject to applicable legal requirements
HAMBAT does not independently sell lists containing users’ names, email addresses, or telephone numbers.
Under certain United States privacy laws, the disclosure of advertising identifiers for personalized advertising may be considered “selling,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising.” Users may exercise applicable choices through the advertising privacy controls described above or by contacting us.
7. DATA RETENTION
Locally stored game preferences remain on the device until they are deleted by the user, the Application’s data is cleared, or the Application is uninstalled.
Information processed by Unity, ironSource, Google, and their advertising partners is retained according to their respective privacy policies and legal obligations.
HAMBAT retains information received through privacy or support requests only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, protect legal rights, and comply with applicable law.
8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Application is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly request or collect names, email addresses, account details, or other directly identifying information from children under 13.
Users between 13 and 17 may use the Application only where permitted by applicable law and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian where such consent is required.

9. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Advertising identifiers and related advertising data may constitute personal information under California law. Available opt-out controls can be accessed through Android advertising settings, privacy controls shown inside advertisements, or the relevant advertising provider’s privacy system.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the “To The End” mobile game provided by HAMBAT.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the Application.
2. AGE REQUIREMENT
The Application is intended for users aged 13 and older.
Users under the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction may use the Application only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
3. LICENSE
HAMBAT grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes.
Users may not copy, sell, redistribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Application’s source code except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
4. GAMEPLAY AND REWARDED ADVERTISEMENTS
The Application may offer users the option to watch a rewarded advertisement in exchange for an in-game benefit, such as continuing a game session.
Watching a rewarded advertisement is optional. In-game rewards:
• Have no monetary value
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Cannot be transferred to another person
• May be changed or removed as the Application is updated
Advertisement availability is not guaranteed. A reward may not be granted if an advertisement is unavailable, interrupted, or not completed successfully.
5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Application uses services provided by Unity, Unity LevelPlay, ironSource, Unity Ads, Google Play Services, and their advertising or technology partners.
Use of those services may also be governed by the providers’ own terms and privacy policies.
6. INTERNET CONNECTION AND DEVICE COSTS
Some features, including rewarded advertisements, require an internet connection.
Users are responsible for mobile data, roaming, internet access, and other charges imposed by their network or service provider.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Application, including its software, graphics, designs, branding, sounds, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to HAMBAT and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No ownership rights are transferred to users under these Terms.
8. AVAILABILITY AND UPDATES
HAMBAT may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Application when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, compatibility, or product improvement.
Users may need to install updates to continue using the Application.
9. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Application is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
HAMBAT does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, continuous advertisement availability, compatibility with every device, or preservation of locally stored game progress.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
10. TERMINATION
A user’s permission to use the Application may end if the user materially violates these Terms or applicable law.
Upon termination, the user must stop using and delete the Application.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the Application or applicable law. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Türkiye, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights available to users in their country of residence.
