About Us

We have changed our business model and now offer exclusively long-term room rentals.

We have discontinued short-term rentals and traditional hotel/guesthouse operations.

Our focus is now on providing adult tenants with a stable, practical, and comfortable place to live for an extended period.

Several of our satisfied tenants have lived with us for several years.

Our Rooms and Facilities

To make your stay as simple and predictable as possible, our rooms can be rented as an all-inclusive solution:

Furnished: The rooms are furnished, but you are welcome to replace the furniture with your own if you wish.

Included in the rent: Electricity, heating, and wireless internet (Wi-Fi) are included in the fixed monthly rent. There are no unexpected extra bills.

Shared facilities: You have access to well-equipped shared areas, including shared kitchen facilities and bathrooms used by other quiet tenants.
Some of the rooms have private bathrooms.

One month's rent is required in advance: A minimum of one month's rent is required as an advance payment.
