Delete Account – Hamamah Wave

If you wish to delete your account from Hamamah Wave, please follow the steps below.

 How to Delete Your Account

1. Open the Hamamah Wave app

2. Go to Settings

3. Tap Delete Account

4. Select "Yes, I am sure" when prompted

5. Verify your identity using:

   • Device authentication (fingerprint or device password)

6. Enter your Hamamah Wave account password

7. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address

8. Open the email and click the account deletion link to complete the process

🔐 Why Verification is Required

To protect your account from unauthorized deletion, we require:

• Device-level authentication

• Account password verification

• Email confirmation

🗑️ What Data is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your account information

• Profile details

• User-generated data associated with your account

⏳ Data Retention

Some limited data may be retained temporarily for:

• Legal obligations

• Security and fraud prevention

After the retention period, all remaining data is permanently deleted.
