I bought Premiere Elements version 2023 and had a very bad experience: When I'm in

the trial version (with adobe watermark) everything is working ok, but as soon as I put in the legal 24 digit code it crashes when rendering or exporting a movie. Never had this with previous versions and it is very disapointing. Contacting Adobe isn't possible so my money is gone.;( It's too bad because I like the program very much.

I bought it legal in in an online shop, and it shows up in my adobe account. I used the adobe chat function, but that took hours and it was'nt possible to explain the problem because of the language of the employee. Also tried the forum and got advise but it doesn't lead to anything useful. I tried adobe customer service at Twitter, where all kinds of users are having problems and were nobody gets an answer. It's too bad, because I liked all the previous versions of Premiere Elements.

Reifenbach : I' m from the Netherlands, the situation can be different here. Take a look at adobe customer care on Twitter, they don't give any answers at all. Why do you think they don't have an email adress? For normal people the most simple way to contact but they they don't want you to contact them. If I'm on the chat function there is only a robot talking to me, if you want a real person in the chat than you can wait forever and most of the time the chat is closed. For your info, you didn't read what my problem was. Elements is indeed a very simple to use program, I have 2 previous version. But I can't do anything if it chrashes with every rendering or exporting of a clip or movie. (And the pc isn't the problem)
