Halsey Mow & Go was founded in 2025 by two brothers who grew up in Seneca County, New York, with a simple goal: to provide dependable, high-quality lawn care with a personal touch. What started as a way to serve neighbors and local families has grown into a trusted name for reliable outdoor maintenance across the community.
Growing up in Seneca County taught us the value of hard work, consistency, and treating people right. Those values are at the core of everything we do. Between the two of us, we bring 9 combined years of landscaping experience, giving us the knowledge and confidence to handle a wide range of lawn care needs. We understand the pride that comes with a well-kept lawn, and we approach every job—big or small—with the same level of care and attention to detail.

My name is Gage Halsey, and I’m a 23-year-old from Seneca County, New York. I graduated from South Seneca High School in 2021, and since then I’ve been working full-time as a mechanic, where I’ve developed strong hands-on skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a work ethic that I carry into everything I do.
Alongside my full-time job, I’ve spent the past four years gaining experience in landscaping and lawn care. What started as extra work quickly became something I genuinely enjoy and take pride in. I enjoy helping people keep their properties clean, well-maintained, and looking their best, whether it’s regular lawn maintenance, landscaping projects, or general property upkeep. I approach every job with the same mindset I use in mechanical work: pay attention to the details, don’t cut corners, and make sure the customer is satisfied with the final result.
This year is especially meaningful for me, as I’m expecting my first daughter this summer. Becoming a father has given me even more motivation to continue working hard, growing professionally, and building something I can be proud of for my family’s future. It’s pushed me to think long-term and stay focused on creating opportunities through dedication and consistency.
At the end of the day, I take pride in being reliable, honest, and hardworking. Whether I’m working as a mechanic or helping someone improve and maintain their property, my goal is simple: show up, work hard, treat people fairly, and leave things better than I found them.
My name is Kenny Halsey, and I am a 2025 graduate of South Seneca High School. Over the past five years, I have developed hands-on experience in the landscaping industry, building a strong foundation in outdoor maintenance, property improvement, and customer service. Through dedication and consistent hard work, I have gained valuable skills that continue to shape my professional growth.
Landscaping has taught me the importance of reliability, attention to detail, and taking pride in every project I complete. I enjoy creating clean, well-maintained outdoor spaces that leave a lasting impression and provide value to homeowners and businesses alike. I approach every job with professionalism and a strong work ethic, always striving to deliver quality results.
In August 2025, my brother and I took the next step in our careers by starting our own landscaping company. Launching a business together has given us the opportunity to combine our experience, commitment, and passion for the industry while building something we can continue to grow for years to come. We are focused on providing dependable service and building strong relationships with our clients through honesty and consistent work.
As I continue expanding my experience in the landscaping field, I remain committed to learning, improving, and delivering excellent service in every project we take on. I take pride in the work I do and look forward to continuing to grow both personally and professionally through our business and future opportunities.
