External links or references are provided for convenience only and are accessed at your own risk. We do not endorse nor are we responsible for third-party content or services.

6. User-Generated Content

Users may contribute content (e.g., messages, text, audio, video, or other materials). By posting such content, you confirm:

• You own or have legal rights to share the content;
  
  

• Your content does not violate copyright, privacy, or any legal rights;
  
  

• The content is truthful and non-deceptive;
  
  

• It does not include harmful, obscene, violent, or discriminatory material;
  
  

• It does not promote harm, harassment, or hate;

We reserve the right to suspend your account for any violation of this section.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application and Services are offered “as is” and “as available”, without any express or implied warranties. We disclaim all guarantees, including those related to performance, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not ensure that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or immune to viruses or technical problems.

If you are dissatisfied with any part of the Service, your sole recourse is to stop using it and delete the Application.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) that arise from:

Upon Termination

You must immediately stop using and delete all copies of the Application. Any content you’ve shared may be retained as outlined in these Terms.

11. Miscellaneous

These Terms and any policies referenced constitute the entire agreement between you and us. No waiver of any term is deemed a waiver of future rights. If any clause is deemed unenforceable, it will be removed without affecting the rest. We may assign these Terms to another party at any time.

No partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created by your use of the Service. These Terms will be interpreted without bias to the drafter, and you agree that electronic acceptance is legally binding.

12. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse Exploitation(CSAE) Content

To ensure that all users have a safe and healthy communication environment, the platform has implemented a zero-tolerance policy towards Child Sexual Abuse Exploitation(CSAE) behavior. Through this policy, we can effectively prevent and combat any form of Child Sexual Abuse Exploitation(CSAE), ensuring the safety and well-being of our users.

1) Prohibition of CSAE Content/Behavior 

Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, sharing, or distributing any content related to CSEA. This includes, but is not limited to, child pornography, explicit descriptions of minors, exploitation, abuse, and any other forms of sexual exploitation or harm to minors. This ban applies to all forms of content, including text, images, videos, and any information that directly or indirectly promotes, encourages, or glorifies CSAE behavior.

2) Eliminating CSAE Content

The platform uses both automated detection and manual review processes. When CSEA content is discovered, it will be swiftly deleted to prevent any further spread. Content identified through automated review systems or reported by users will be promptly removed.

3) User Responsibilities

Users have an obligation to report CSEA (Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) content. By using this platform, users agree to comply with this policy. Users should follow the platform's rules and report any suspicious CSEA content. Active participation from users helps create and maintain a safe, positive, and healthy online environment, allowing all users to use the platform securely.

4) Account Suspension and Legal Cooperation

If a user uploads, distributes, or shares CSEA content, their account will be immediately suspended. For those who violate the rules, the platform retains the right to permanently ban their accounts without prior notice to maintain the safety and compliance of the platform environment. When CSAE-related content or behavior is detected, the platform will actively cooperate with law enforcement agencies, providing technical support and assisting with investigations. Users suspected of CSEA behavior may be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.
