Anything that we design for the print media such as business cards, letterheads, envelopes, CD/DVD covers, banners, posters, billboards, hoardings, package, magazine, books, T-shirts, carton boxes and many other print materials is called graphic design.

Graphic design has been existing since the pre-historic period. Graphic designers get started at ₹ 8,000 to ₹ 12,000 per month depending upon the location and company they get placed. In and around Madurai graphic design freshers get maximum ₹ 12,000, but outside Madurai in bigger cities like Coimbatore, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and other metro cities the minimum a graphic design freshers earns itself is ₹ 12,000 per month.

Graphic designers initially start as junior designers, after 2 to 3 years of experience they get promoted as senior graphic designers. When they are about 5 to 6 years experienced they will become design lead. Around 7 to 10 years of experience graphic designers take different paths as brand strategists, brand managers or creative lead. User interface design is creating appealing, neat and clean surfaces that acts as a bridge between the user and the millions of codes written by the developers to make the website or app easily navigable.

User experience design is researching and understanding user perspectives to give the users a better app or website by creating a comfortable environment where their problems are actually addressed.

UI/UX designers start from ₹ 12,000/month and as they grow up in their experience they can reach up to 75k per month in a period of about 5 to 7 years.

We teach Adobe Xd as the tool used for UI/UX designing, wireframing, storyboarding and micro-interactions. Besides that we have marvelapp for prototyping and zeplin for asset creations.

Lot of people ask why not Figma? The answer is both Adobe Xd and Figma are pretty much the same, the only difference comes in the interface of these software, rest functionality, usage and features all are same. What we see as a drawback in Figma is, it is an web app and will run only if you are online and if the internet gets disconnected or fluctuates then Figma will not work. Thats why we prefer Adobe Xd.

To learn end to end of UI/UX designing is actually not possible as it is a vast ocean. Still we manage to teach you from basic to advanced level of UI/UX designing in a preiod of 6 months which is inclusive of 5 assignments and 5 presentations which will turn up into your portfolio by the end of your course.

Hybrid course is a unique combination of graphic design and UI/UX design. We teach Illustrator and Photoshop from graphic design and the entire UI/UX design in hybrid course

Students who take up hybrid course end up in software companies designing websites, apps and content for digital marketing. To do these 3 jobs Illustrator and Photoshop is more than enough as Coreldraw and Indesign are graphic designing software used to design for the print media and not for digital media. So, there is no point in spending time, effort and money in learning them when you are not going to use them in your career.

After the pandemic in 2020 companies have started looking for candidates who possess more than one skill set for more productivity and lesser cost. So learning hybrid course increases your opportunity of getting a job more than others.

Next you are spending the same amount of time and money as graphic design but getting 2 skill sets.

When you learn graphic design besides UI/UX design, your overall UI/UX design skill gets elevated because of the knowledge and support you gain from graphic design.

You can increase your choices of career as you can become into a graphic designer in a digital marketing company, visualizer in a branding company, visual designer in an e-commerce company or UI/UX designer in a software company, wall graphics artist in an architectural company and many more opportunities are lined up.

There is a famous saying which goes like "one mother can deliver a baby in 9 months, whereas 9 mothers cannot deliver a baby in 1 month". Similarly by attending multiple classes on a single day or spending more time in practice will not help you complete the course faster but you will only end up drained and exhausted make you regret this decision. Its easy for us to handle multiple classes a day for a student, but will he/she be able to take all of that up?

Actually we are supposed to take more time than this to teach the above courses, but just because students can't afford so much time we have concise it to 6 and 9 months. Like how a baby born before 9 months is considered a premature, completing a course before the stipulated time you will end with premature knowledge and skill.

Classes are conducted 1 hour per day from Monday to Friday. Rest all other time is your practice time.

We are open from 10 am to 9 pm and you can use our lab facility the entire day and there is no such limit for practice sessions

Yes you can carry your laptop along for practice. Besides the lab facility we have space for laptops and you can use them.

Academy is open only on saturdays but only for practice sessions. Students who want to practice more can use the lab facilities on Saturdays also.

Yes we do handle online classes, but only for students who are from far away places and cannot travel everyday.

Yes we do offer weekend batches. Weekend batches are mainly for students who are working outside of Madurai, so we handle only online batches during weekends. Timings are 8 am to 10 am and 11 am to 1 pm.
