• 지원요건:

  1. 재학생

  2. 전공무관

  3. 3학년 이상

  4. 다음의 연구 주제 중 적어도 1개에 관심이 있어야 함

     • 생물 및 화학 데이터 전처리 및 분석

     • 트랜스포머, GPT, BERT에 관한 연구 및 개발 

     • 프롬프트 엔지니어링(prompt engineering)에 관한 연구 및 개발

     • LLM 응용 웹서비스 개발 및 운영

     • 도커(docker), 쿠버네티스(kubernetes) 등

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must:

  1. Have no restrictions on international travel.

  2. Meet the admission requirements of the Hallym University Graduate School.

  3. Have a strong interest in AI-driven drug discovery or cheminformatics.

  4. Have prior experience with at least two of the following topics:

    • [Chem]  Self-Referencing Embedded Strings (SELFIES)

    • [Chem]  FASTA format

    • [Chem]  Structural Data File (SDF)

    • [Chem]  Drug-Target Affinity (DTA) or Binding Affinity (BA)

    • [Chem]  ADMET

    • [Chem]  Protein-Protein Interaction (PPI)

    • [Chem]  AlphaFold, RoseTTAFold etc.
