Dear Hall-Dale Community/Business Leader,
On behalf of the Hall-Dale Youth Soccer Program, I invite you to be a sponsor of this local, non-profit community youth organization with a contribution of $175.00. As a sponsor, you will be recognized in one of four divisions. Approximately 20 teams will participate across the four divisions for the 2025 season, which runs mid-August through mid-October.
Our 2024 soccer season was another overwhelming success with nearly 180 players and more than 30 volunteer coaches from Hallowell, Farmingdale, and Dresden participating in the program. The program promotes youth sportsmanship and follows the philosophy of the “Sports Done Right” guidelines, which strongly enhances team building skills while having fun in a safe, supportive environment.
If you would like to sponsor our program, please send your donation check by July 18, 2025 to the address listed below. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at 207 530 0066 or ethan@besseylumber.com. If you would prefer to pay online please send me an email and I can send you the form.

Coaching youth soccer is a rewarding experience that can have a positive impact on the lives of young people. Coaches can teach children valuable life skills, such as teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. They can also help children develop a sense of self-confidence and accomplishment.
In addition to the benefits for the players, coaching youth soccer can also be a rewarding experience for the coaches themselves. Coaches can get to know the players and their families, and they can see the children grow and develop over the course of the season. Coaching can also be a great way to give back to the community and make a difference in the lives of young people.
If you are interested in coaching Hall-Dale Youth Soccer, we would encourage you to do it! Many of our best coaches never played soccer, but wanted to give back to their community and make a difference in the lives of young people.
If you would like to volunteer, please indicate so when you register your child. You may also reach out to our board to ask any questions you may have at halldaleyouthsoccer@gmail.com or via Facebook.

Hallowell, ME—Interest in Hall-Dale Youth Soccer continues to grow. Like other sports and activities, engagement in HDYS dropped during the pandemic. Fortunately, the dip in enrollment was only short lived as the number of players involved in HDYS has rebounded to pre-pandemic highs. Since 2020, HDYS has seen a 30 percent increase in the number of players who have signed up to play.
The success of HDYS may best be attributed to the program's volunteer base of area parents who contribute countless hours of their time to teach players fundamentals of soccer. While learning the game of soccer is an important goal, HDYS also emphasizes a fun, friendly, social environment for players, families, and coaches.
Hallowell, ME—The 2023 Hall-Dale Youth Soccer Season has ended and we completed a very successful season with nearly 200 players registering to play exceeding last year’s registration.
Hall-Dale Youth Soccer Board would like to sincerely thank all of our team sponsors for the 2023 Season. Along with player registrations, these sponsors help support some of the many ongoing needs youth soccer requires such as training for coaches, new equipment, and league insurance.
We strongly encourage you to support or thank the following sponsors for their help in making this season possible!
