Dear guests you are welcome at our Holiday villa by the sea in Halkidiki.
We are located 29km from Thessaloniki airport in a small village but close to big cities.
Halkidiki beach apartments is a holiday home with 6 independent vacation apartments.
Every place has:
separate bedroom with wardrobe, new comfortable double bed with hypoallergenic mattress, night lights and sockets by the bed; we provide sheets and towels.
Kitchen with everything necessary/plates, glasses, pots , knifes, salt and pepper, coffee machine, refrigerator toaster;
Living room with sofa bed /150-200/ and place to relax or work, smart 32'TV ;
Outdoor dining furniture ;
Our villa also has garden, parking and barbeque .
Free WiFi are available in all apartments. AC , verandas or balconies;
Security cameras in shared areas.
Every apartment can accommodate 4 people or maximum 24 people for the villa.

Halkidiki beach apartments is a new building with six short or long term rent apartments. Situated on the beach Vergia 25m to the sea. Vergia is a small place between Nea Kallikratia and Sozopoli Halkidiki Greece. The nearest airport Macedonia is 25 km and Thessaloniki is around 30 km away.
