Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 4, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Half-Pi D Mini Golf, a mobile game created by Jean-François Pérusse. This Privacy Policy explains how your data is handled when you play. We are committed to protecting your privacy and keeping your data secure.

2. Data Collection

Half-Pi D Mini Golf does not collect any personal information or data from its players. We do not gather, store or share any information that could be used to identify you.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your progress, settings, player profiles, replays and the levels you build stay on your device.

On iPhone and iPad, Half-Pi D Mini Golf can also keep them in your iCloud account, a service of Apple Inc., to sync your devices.

On Android, if you turned on your device’s backup, Android can include the game’s saved data in your Google account backup, a service of Google LLC, so it comes back when you restore or change phones.

On Android, if you sign in to Google Play Games, your progress is also saved there (Saved Games, a service of Google LLC) to sync your Android devices.

4. Third-Party Services

Achievements and leaderboard scores of your main profile are sent to Game Center (iPhone and iPad, a service of Apple Inc.) or Google Play Games (Android, a service of Google LLC) when you are signed in to it. These services show your player name there, not your in-game profile names.

When you choose to share a replay, a video or a level, the game creates a file and hands it to your device's share sheet; you decide where it goes. Shared replays and levels include the name of the profile that made them.

Half-Pi D Mini Golf has no server of its own and uses no analytics or advertising. Optional tips (in-app purchases) are handled by the App Store or Google Play; the game receives no payment or personal information and unlocks nothing.
