Do you have a storefront where I can purchase your items?

I am currently a home-based bakery and do not operate out of a storefront. Hopefully one day!

How do I place an order?

To place an order, please contact us via email, text or social media. Be sure to mention your event date in your inquiry!

How much notice is required to submit my order? 

We request two weeks minimum for an order, however we do make some exceptions to this rule. If you find yourself in a pickle, please reach out and we will do our best to assist you if possible!

What is the minimum amount of cupcakes required for an order?

The minimum amount of cupcakes required for an order is 1 dozen regular size / 3 dozen miniature size. 

What payment methods do you accept?

HBCC accepts cash or check, no debit or credit cards accepted at this time.

If your order is over $100, HBCC may request a 50% deposit at the time of the order placement.

Will you deliver my order to my event?

 HBCC can deliver your items to your event for a fee of 0.25 cents per mile from Bally, Pennsylvania.

How many flavors can I choose?

Flavors must be ordered in quantities of 12.

If you're in search of a sampler or lesser quantities, look for us at local event where cupcakes are available for purchase individually.

Do you offer gluten free or dietary restrictive items?

HBCC is currently offering gluten free items, however we do not offer dairy-free, vegan or sugar-free options at this time.

Do you offer tiered cakes?

Only single tiered cakes are available at this time. 

Do you have gift certificates?

Gift certificates are available by mail or pickup.
