CHONKAR MANISHKUMAR KESHAVRAO ("we", "our", or "us") operates the HajriPatrak mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.
Unlike traditional applications, HajriPatrak is designed as an offline-first utility.
Local Database Storage: All student records, attendance logs, profiles, and identification details that you input are stored strictly inside an offline, isolated on-device SQLite database container (hajri_patrak_max_schema.db) on your physical device.
## Data Collection and Usage
### Data Stored Locally
The following data is stored **only on your device** (SQLite database):
- Student names and profile information
- Attendance records
- Class schedules
- Exam marks
- Teacher information
### Data Stored in Cloud (Supabase)
The following data is uploaded to our secure cloud storage:
- PDF study materials uploaded by teachers
- Class codes for student enrollment
- Teacher ID for class management
### Data We Do NOT Collect
- Location data
- Device information
- Personal contacts
- Browsing history
- Any data from outside the app
## Data Security
- All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS
- PDF files are stored securely in Supabase
- Student data never leaves your device without your consent
## User Rights
- You can delete your account at any time
- You can request data deletion by contacting us
- All data is under your control

To provide essential school administration functions, the App may request access to the following device features:
Storage / Media Library: Required to let you pick and display student profile photos on identity cards and local attendance cards.
Documents / File System: Required to securely import student data sheets from Excel templates or export A4 printable PDF registration forms.
Telephone / Dialer: Required to initiate direct phone calls to parents or guardians from the student directory page at the user's explicit command.
Because your data is stored entirely on your local device, the security of your data depends on your device's security.
To safeguard student privacy, sensitive identification fields (such as Aadhaar Card numbers) are automatically masked or redacted on generated public views and single student profile summaries (e.g., displaying as [Aadhaar Redacted]).
We do not sell, trade, or share any information entered into the App with third parties.
The App integrates trusted third-party advertising SDKs (such as Unity Ads or ironSource) to serve contextual advertisements. These networks may collect basic device identifiers (like your device's IP address or advertising ID) strictly to serve appropriate ad banners and measure ad performance. They do not have access to any student names, attendance history, or records stored inside the App's offline database.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
