WOW!!! Just, wow!!! I'm always skeptical about trusting someone new with my hair. I've had some that just didn't do what I wanted and, well, ugh. So when I called Karen I was skeptical. She was able to get me in much sooner than expected. I told her what I didn't want and let her do her magic. I couldn't be happier! KAREN IS FREAKING AMAZING!! We talked about color and style and cuts and not once did I feel I had to do more. She listened to me and gave me options with her opinion. She is a true professional! I'm so thankful I found my new hair lady!!
