Terms of Service (TOS)
Welcome to HairSwap (“we”, “our”, “the App”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the HairSwap mobile application and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
By using HairSwap, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are under the age required by law in your region, you must have parental or guardian consent.
HairSwap provides AI-powered hairstyle try-on features, including:
Generating hairstyle previews based on user-uploaded photos
Hair color visualization
Content saving and sharing options
Optional premium subscription plans
Some features may require granting access to your device’s camera, gallery, or storage.
You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws and to:
Use only photos you own or have rights to upload
Avoid uploading harmful, illegal, or offensive content
Avoid attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the service
Not use the App for commercial or impersonation purposes
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate accounts violating these rules.
"User Content" includes photos, images, or data you upload into HairSwap.
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. We do not claim ownership of User Content.
By uploading an image, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process the photo solely for generating AI hairstyles and delivering app features.
We do not:
Use your photos for training AI models
Share your photos with advertisers or third parties unrelated to processing
Store images longer than necessary (see Privacy Policy)
HairSwap offers optional premium features through in-app purchases.
All payments are handled by Apple App Store. We do not process or store payment details.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Refund requests must be submitted through the App Store per Apple’s policies. We cannot provide refunds directly.
The App may display advertisements. By using HairSwap, you acknowledge that:
Ad content is provided by third-party networks
We do not control third-party ad content
You may opt out of tracking via device settings
All content, features, and technology in the App—including AI models, UI/UX design, and code—are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of the App for commercial purposes without permission.
You agree NOT to:
Upload explicit, violent, hateful, or illegal content
Attempt to bypass security or abuse the AI system
Resell or redistribute App outputs commercially
Use the App for face recognition, surveillance, or unlawful profiling
Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.
We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time. The App may experience downtime, errors, or interruptions.
We are not liable for:
Loss of generated images
Device incompatibility
Service interruptions beyond our control
HairSwap is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no guarantees that:
AI results will be accurate, realistic, or suitable for professional decisions
The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
Colors and hairstyles generated will reflect real-world outcomes
You agree to use results for personal, non-professional purposes only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HairSwap and its partners are not liable for:
Damages resulting from use or inability to use the App
Loss of data or content
Third-party content or advertisements
Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App within the past 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate access if you:
Violate these Terms
Misuse the App or its features
Engage in fraudulent or harmful activity
You may stop using the App at any time.
The App is designed to comply with general global privacy standards. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
