By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Purpose and Platform Nature
Hairgram is a digital platform created for:
Hairdressers, barbers, apprentices (from age 14), and industry professionals
Educational and informational content
Skill development, tutorials, demonstrations, and professional exchange
Community interaction within the hair and barber industry
Hairgram does not provide medical advice, legal advice, or professional certification.
All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
You may use Hairgram only if:
You are at least 14 years old
Where required by law, parental or legal guardian consent has been obtained
By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Hairgram reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate age eligibility rules.
3. Account Registration and Responsibility
When creating an account, you agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Keep your login credentials confidential
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
Hairgram is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.
4. License to Use the App
Hairgram grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for personal and professional purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass security features
Use the App for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activities
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property related to Hairgram—including but not limited to:
Software
Source code
Design
Logos and trademarks
Platform features
remains the exclusive property of Hairgram or its licensors.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any Hairgram intellectual property.
6. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload or create.
By submitting content, you grant Hairgram a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:
Host
Store
Display
Distribute
Technically process
such content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the platform.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content:
Does not infringe third-party rights
Is lawful and appropriate
Does not harm the community or platform
Hairgram reserves the right to remove content at its discretion.
7. Live Streams and Paid Content
Live streams and paid content are provided by independent creators
All content is for educational and informational purposes only
Hairgram does not guarantee results, outcomes, or skill improvements
Digital purchases are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law
Hairgram is not responsible for the actions, advice, or content of third-party creators.
You agree not to:
Harass, abuse, or threaten others
Post offensive, illegal, or misleading content
Exploit the platform for spam or unauthorized promotions
Violation of community standards may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent account termination.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Hairgram respects user privacy:
Personal data is not sold or shared for commercial purposes
Data is used only to operate, secure, and improve the App
All processing complies with Swiss data protection laws

Hairgram may suspend or terminate your access at any time if:
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that survive termination.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hairgram shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
Actions or content of third-party creators or users
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of Switzerland.
The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of Hairgram.
Hairgram may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
