This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and the operator of the Hairgram mobile application (“Hairgram”, “we”, “us”, “our”).By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Hairgram application (“App”), you agree to be bound by this EULA. 1. Purpose and Educational Nature
Hairgram is a digital platform designed for hairdressers, barbers, apprentices (from the age of 14), and professionals in the hair and barber industry.The App is intended primarily for:• Educational and informational purposes• Skill development and professional exchange• Tutorials, demonstrations, and industry-related content• Community interaction within the hair and barber professionHairgram does not provide medical, legal, or professional certification services.The App may be used by individuals from the age of 14By creating an account, you confirm that:• You are at least 14 years old• Where required by applicable law, parental or legal guardian consent has been obtainedHairgram grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App in accordance with this EULA. 4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including software, source code, design, trademarks, logos, and platform features, remain the exclusive property of Hairgram or its licensors.You may not:• Copy, modify, distribute, or sell the App• Reverse engineer or bypass security features• Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes 5. User-Generated Content
Users retain ownership of all content they create and upload.By submitting content, you grant Hairgram a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, display, distribute, and technically process such content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the platform. 6. Live Streams and Paid Content
• Live streams and paid content are provided by independent creators• All content is offered for educational and informational purposes only• Hairgram does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes• Purchases of digital content are generally non-refundable, unless required by law 7. Privacy and Data Protection
Hairgram respects your privacy:• Personal data is not sold or shared for commercial purposes• Data is used only to operate, secure, and improve the App• All processing complies with Swiss data protection lawsDetails are provided in the Privacy Policy.Hairgram may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if:• This EULA is violated• Applicable laws are breached• User behavior endangers the platform or community 9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”To the maximum extent permitted by law:• Hairgram disclaims all warranties• Hairgram is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages• Use of any content is at the user’s own riskThis EULA is governed exclusively by the laws of Switzerland.The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of Hairgram.
