Our Founder, Vanshika Gupta, is the person who gave shape to the idea behind this company. The founder plays a crucial role in shaping the vision, values, and direction of everything we do here.
Here’s what the Founder mainly focuses on:
Defining our Vision and Mission: Setting long-term goals and ensuring we stay true to our purpose.
Strategic Decision-Making: Taking the lead on high-level decisions related to growth, partnerships, and future planning.
Investor & Stakeholder Relations: Handling fundraising, investor meetings, and external alliances.
Culture & Brand: Building the company culture, maintaining brand values, and representing us publicly.
While the Founder sets the vision, my role as the Co-Founder is to turn that vision into reality by managing operations, people, and execution. Here’s what I handle:
Daily Operations: Making sure every department is running smoothly and efficiently.
Team Coordination: Working closely with HR, tech, marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment and progress.
Execution of Strategy: Taking the big plans and breaking them down into tasks, goals, and timelines that we can act on.
People Support: Helping you with guidance, clarity, or resolving roadblocks in your work.
Projects: Overseeing core projects or technical developments and ensuring they meet expectations.
Manya focuses on the legal and documentation aspects of HR operations. This includes generating official letters, handling agreements, and overseeing technical and performance reporting along with managing certifications.
Anshika is primarily responsible for onboarding new members, verifying their technical capabilities, and ensuring smooth internal coordination. This role ensures that new hires are seamlessly integrated into the organization and that ongoing team operations remain efficient.
