By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Hair Color Changer allows users to:
Try virtual hair colors
Preview hairstyles
Generate AI hairstyle transformations
Edit photos manually
Save and share results
The App is intended for personal and entertainment purposes.
Certain features use Google's Gemini API to generate hairstyle and hair color previews.
AI-generated outputs:
May not be perfectly accurate
May differ from real-world salon results
May contain visual inconsistencies
Should be considered simulations only
No guarantee is made that real-world hair coloring or styling will match generated previews.
You retain ownership of photos you upload.
By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process images solely for providing App functionality.
You represent that:
You own the content you upload, or
You have permission to use and upload such content
You agree not to:
Upload illegal content
Upload content violating third-party rights
Attempt to reverse engineer the App
Disrupt service operations
Use automated systems to abuse the service
Certain features may require a subscription or one-time purchase.
Payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID account.
Payment is charged at purchase confirmation.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
Subscriptions can be managed through Apple Account Settings.
The App, software, branding, graphics, interfaces, and content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
No ownership rights are transferred to users.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
We do not guarantee:
Continuous availability
Error-free operation
Accuracy of AI-generated results
Suitability for any specific purpose
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
Indirect damages
Loss of profits
Loss of data
Dissatisfaction with generated hairstyles or colors
Any decisions made based on AI-generated previews
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
We may modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If distributed through the Apple App Store, your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement:
