Cancellation Policies

1.  Cancellations need to be more than 48 hours: cancellations LESS than 24 hours will be required to pay 25% of the service.

2. No Call/No Shows: These will be charged the 100% of the service.

3. Same-Day Cancellations: These will be charged 50% of the service 

4. Communication: I'm super understanding when life happens. Please reach out to me. I will NOT charge you without any communication. Cancellations due to sickness less than 48 hours is okay or an emergency. I understand life Is crazy and things happen at times we cannot control. Redos

 72 hours: Redos  MUSTbe communicated within 72 hours of the service. Only hair that was discussed previously with me will be allowed within redo period. Color/Style that is completely different from what was discussed is not allowed. After 72 hours, redos will be done at FULL COST to the customer.

Refunds

 Refunds:  NO REFUNDS allowed for any reason. I focus on making my clients happy and having the best quality experience.
