BOOKINGS, RESEDULES AND CANCELLATIONS 

Hair Reem appointments are by booking only.

If you need to cancel, change or move appointments,  I simply ask that you notify me at least 48 hours before your appointment takes place, this will be at no charge.

All appointments moved or cancelled within 24 hours or less will be charged 25% of the total service.

All cancellations on the day of the appointment  will be charged 50% of the total service.

All balayge colour services 3 hours + will require a 50% non returnable deposit.

 if cancelled, the above charges will also still apply for any moved or cancelled appointments within the specified times.

If there are multiple instances of not adhering to the terms & conditions , I reserve the right to withdraw services and bookings will no longer be accepted. 

SKIN TESTS

All new colour clients must undergo a skin test up to 48 hours before appoint takes place, and again after not having a colour for a 6 month period.

Under 16 years old will not be able to undergo any colour services with Hair Reem.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers can now purchased from Hair Reem to any value. The voucher can be used towards part of full amount of the service cost. 

The voucher will need to be redeemed within a six month period dated on the voucher. 

Any voucher that has past the six months date written will not be accepted.
