Biography
My current role is an Associate Professor in Swinburne University of Technology in Australia. I received B.Eng. (Hon.) degree in Computer Science from Xidian University, China, in 2006, and Ph.D degree in School of Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, in 2012. Before starting Ph.D in NTU, I studied in Zhejiang University during 2006-2008.
I have both academic and industrail working experience that push me to think in different perspectives about research. My general reserach areas are Computer Vision and AI. Recently, my focues are on multi-modalities based AI, 3D vision and vision techniques for robotics.
