Service: Chauffeur service provided by HailATaxi Australia
Service Call Out: Request made via call center or mobile app
Pre Booking: Booking made at least two hours in advance
Ad Hoc Booking: Request for next available driver
Call Centre Hours: Defined operational hours
Standard Operating Hours: 17:00 to 02:00 daily
Collection Point: Pickup address
Collection Time: Driver arrival time
Driver: Chauffeur employed by HailATaxi Australia
Drop Off Point: Destination address
Service Area: Area in which services are provided
Member: Person entering into the agreement
Secondary Member: Family member using the Service
Website: Official website used for communication
Agreement: Terms and Schedule of Rates
Effective Date: Date terms are accepted
2. Service Provided
HailATaxi Australia provides services during standard operating hours within the service area.
Additional charges may apply for services outside these hours.
Members must cooperate to ensure proper service delivery.
3. Secondary Members
Secondary members must accept the terms individually.
Additional fees apply, and the main member is responsible for all charges incurred.
4. Charges and Payment
Members must pay:
Monthly membership fees in advance
Additional service charges in arrears
Units do not carry over to the next month.
All charges are exclusive of applicable taxes.
5. Debit Order Instruction
Members authorize HailATaxi Australia to debit their bank or credit card for all charges.
Debits occur monthly, and related bank charges are the member’s responsibility.
