HAICON is now happening at House of Communication, Munich downtown (not on Helmholtz Munich campus)
NEW ! (9.24AM) - You can register at our Info/Registration desk (@CON, to get your Lunch voucher) at the coffee break and (preferentially) at the beginning of lunch
The lost and found items will be stored at the registration desk in the Conference Center.
The S1 and S8 trains are expected to be disrupted on June 8th. Please refer to the MVV Website for more information.

With almost 400 participants expected, public transport and roads may be busier than usual. School holidays and ongoing road construction may affect travel times.

Registration/Infopoint at the Conference Center and Lunch
During registration, you will receive your nametag and your lunch voucher, to be redeemed for a meal at the Helmholtz Munich Mensa. The registration/info desk will be open in the Helmholtz Munich Conference Center from 8:00 until 16:45, when the last session starts. Limited lockers are also available for your small luggage in the building.

You can connect throughout the campus to internet using one of the following networks:

eduroam (using your institutional credentials)
Coffee Breaks
Coffee Breaks
Coffee breaks take place at the Conference Center and the Helmholtz Pioneer Campus (HPC) simultaneously. Bear in mind the time to walk from one location to another (max 7 min) and the fact that workshops will start on time.
Drinks, but not food, are allowed to be taken with you into the rooms. Please bring anything you brought into the room back with you at the end of your session.

The self-paid dinner takes place at the Augustiner-Keller. Members of the WTD Organizing Team will help participants to make their way to the venue.

You can use the HAICON app to access the live schedule, create your personal agenda, and receive updates.
Download the Conference4me app in your Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and search for “HAICON26”. If you already have Conference4me installed from previous conferences: open the app, tap the three dots (…) in the top right corner, select “Get more conferences”, and search for “HAICON26”.
