About me

I am an Assistant Professor in both the Department of Statistics and the Department of Mathematics at Purdue University. I obtained my BSc degree in 2013 and MPhil degree in 2015, both from the University of Hong Kong, and obtained my PhD degree from the University of Iowa in 2019. Prior to joining Purdue, I was a Senior Research Associate under the supervision of Professor Qihe Tang in the School of Risk & Actuarial Studies at UNSW Sydney. I am a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA).
