I am an Assistant Professor of Finance at Towson University, College of Business and Economics. My research focuses on empirical corporate finance. I study the effects of financial intermediaries, institutional investors, and production networks on corporate financial policies and the corporate information environment.
I earned a Ph.D. in Finance from Mays Business School, Texas A&M University, and an M.A. in Economics from the University of Southern California. Before entering academia, I spent nine years in industry as a banker and finance manager.
