Carol is Mom to Madelyn (5th Grade), Briella (2nd Grade), Finn and Oreo (puppies). Carol is originally from Boston, but has enjoyed living in Hawaii for the last 8 years. She works full time as a Nurse Practitioner in Geriatrics. She spends her free time training for triathlons, practicing aerial silks, doing yoga and reading.
Mary is mom to Karl (3rd grade) and two older boys Jackson and Sam who both attend Punahou. Originally from the East Coast, Mary moved to Maui in 2019 but recently moved to Oahu 2 years ago. Mary is a certified teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience at various schools on the mainland and in Hawaii. You will find her watching college football on Saturdays with her family - specifically the Clemson Tigers, and running around the East Side going to various sporting events for her boys. Mary also loves to be outdoors with her family going to the beach and being active.
Jessica is mom to Melati (second grade) and Enya (kindergarten). She grew up moving between South East Asia and the US, and after graduating from Towson University in 2008, moved to Hawaii, which she now calls home. Her professional background is in event planning and human resources, and she recently transitioned into education, now working as a Substitute Teacher and Educator at Hawaii Nature Center. During her personal time, you can find her surfing, practicing hula, or traveling with her family.
Nicole is mom to Kai (5th Grade), Chloe (2nd Grade), and Pippin (our new puppy!). Nicole was born in Honolulu and grew up in both Oahu and California. After graduating from college and grad school on the East Coast, Nicole returned to Honolulu in 2011. She works in the University of Hawaii System Office and collaborates with high schools across the state in offering Early College opportunities.
Susannah is mom to Piper (2nd grade). She was born and raised in Hawaii, but lived overseas in Switzerland and India for 10 years before moving back home. She works at the State Capitol as well as the Uehiro Academy for Philosophy and Ethics in Education at UH Manoa. In her spare time, she loves reading, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her family and friends.
Amy is mom is Ellie (2nd grade) and Olivia, who is in preschool. She grew up in North Carolina, but loves island life and has lived on Oahu for over 25 years. She has been working in community health as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Honolulu for 9 years. In her free time, Amy enjoys time at the beach, swimming, surfing, hiking, as well as spending time with family.
Allison has two children - Astraeus is in second grade and Calliandra will be coming to Hahaione in a few years. Allison is an Assistant Professor of Biology at Hawaii Pacific University and a Naturopathic Physician with a small private practice in Aina Haina. She was born in Canada and has lived in several different countries but chose Hawaii as her home 16 years ago and can't imagine living anywhere else.
Candice is the mother of two daughters, Quinn (second grade) and Cora (3-years-old). Candice was born and raised in Hawaii, where she had owned and operated a florist and event business for 11 years. While running her local business, she was also a Business Manager for other companies on Oahu for 15 years. After becoming a mother, she started a new local business in Hawaii Kai, My Candiland, which specializes in custom decorated cookies and other specialty items. Candice is a Disney fan and foodie who enjoys traveling, cooking and staycationing at Aulani with her family.
Both of Bob’s daughters went to Hahaione (Stephanie and Krystal). He moved to Hawaii in June of 1986 and has been helping out at school for over 20 years. Bob served as president of Scientific Consultant Services for 31 years, and is now enjoying retirement.
