Located across from the main entrance to the school, Hapgood Library is the hub of Boston Latin Academy. Our library supports the academic and social emotional needs of BLA community.
The library has a collection of 10,000+ books, as well as connetion to the Boston Public Library. Students can borrow and return books from BPL right from school. We also provide access to dozens of databases for academic research. The upper floor of the library is dedicated to our makerspace.
When in the library, students are encouraged to be curious, tinker, play, make mistakes, and learn from them.
