سياسة الخصوصية — تطبيق «حافظ القرآن الكريم»

الخلاصة: تطبيق «حافظ القرآن الكريم» لا يجمع ولا يخزّن ولا يشارك أي بيانات شخصية عنك إطلاقًا. كل شيء يعمل محليًا على جهازك. ولا يطلب التطبيق أي إذن من نظام التشغيل سوى المايكروفون، وذلك اختياريًا وبطلبك أنت.
١. البيانات التي نجمعها
لا شيء. التطبيق لا يطلب إنشاء حساب، ولا يجمع اسمك أو بريدك أو موقعك أو أي معلومة تعريفية، ولا يستخدم أي أدوات تحليلات أو تتبع أو إعلانات.
٢. التخزين المحلي
تقدّمك في الحفظ والمراجعة، وإعداداتك (مثل الخط والخطط)، وخططك المحفوظة، وملاحظاتك الشخصية في الحلقة (النصية والمكتوبة بخط اليد)، وعدّاد المسبحة والتحدي اليومي — كل ذلك يُحفظ في ذاكرة التخزين المحلية على جهازك فقط، ولا يُرسل إلى أي خادم. حذف التطبيق يحذف هذه البيانات.
٣. الأذونات
الإذن الوحيد الذي قد يطلبه التطبيق هو المايكروفون، لميزة التسميع الصوتي فقط، وبطلبك أنت. تتم معالجة الصوت عبر خدمة التعرف على الكلام في نظام التشغيل نفسه، ولا يسجّل التطبيق المقاطع الصوتية ولا يخزّنها ولا يرسلها إلى أي جهة. يمكنك رفض الإذن واستخدام باقي التطبيق بشكل كامل.
لا يطلب التطبيق إذن الموقع الجغرافي، ولا إذن الكاميرا، ولا إذن الحركة والاتجاه، ولا إذن الإشعارات، ولا أي إذن آخر.
٤. اتجاه القبلة
ميزة اتجاه القبلة تعمل بلا إنترنت وبلا موقع وبلا حسّاسات. تختار دولتك ومدينتك من قائمة مبنيّة داخل التطبيق، فيحسب التطبيق زاوية القبلة رياضيًا من إحداثيات المدينة المخزّنة فيه. لا يُرسل شيء إلى أي جهة، ولا يُستخدم موقع جهازك.
٥. الاتصالات الخارجية
يعمل نص المصحف والتفسير وغريب القرآن وكل أدوات الحفظ والقبلة بلا إنترنت تمامًا. يتصل التطبيق بالإنترنت في حالات اختيارية محدودة فقط، وبطلبك أنت:
مواقيت الصلاة: عند طلبك مواقيت الصلاة، يُرسل التطبيق اسم المدينة التي اخترتها (واسم دولتها) إلى خدمة AlAdhan.com لجلب الأوقات. لا يُرسل موقع جهازك ولا أي بيانات شخصية؛ اسم المدينة فقط. كأي طلب عبر الإنترنت، يرى الخادم عنوان IP لجهازك أثناء الطلب فقط. الأوقات تقريبية والمعتمد أذان مسجدك.
الاستماع للقراء وإذاعة القرآن الكريم: عند فتحك صفحة الحفظ/الاستماع تُجلب قائمة القراء من خدمة mp3quran.net، ويُبث الصوت مباشرة داخل التطبيق من خوادم البث المعنية (mp3quran.net وإذاعة القرآن الكريم السعودية). كأي طلب عبر الإنترنت، ترى هذه الخوادم عنوان IP لجهازك أثناء الطلب والبث فقط، ولا يرسل التطبيق بيانات شخصية معها.
رمز QR في بطاقة مشاركة التطبيق: تُجلب صورة الرمز من خدمة توليد رموز خارجية (qrserver.com) ولا يُرسل معها سوى رابط صفحة التطبيق العامة.
أزرار المواقع الخارجية: مثل موقع مجمع الملك فهد لطباعة المصحف الشريف وقناة القرآن الكريم، تُفتح في متصفح جهازك وتخضع لسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بها.
المشاركة والتصدير: حين تختار مشاركة آية أو ملاحظة أو دفترك، يُمرَّر النص إلى نافذة المشاركة في نظام التشغيل، وأنت من يختار إلى أين يذهب.
لا يجمع التطبيق في أيٍّ من هذه الحالات أي بيانات شخصية، ولا يرفع بياناتك عمدًا إلى أي جهة.
٦. المحتوى والترجمات
تمت ترجمة محتوى «دليل المسلم الجديد» و«التأملات» إلى لغات متعددة بمساعدة الذكاء الاصطناعي مع مراجعة بشرية. الترجمة تُعرض داخل التطبيق فقط ولا تتضمن أي معالجة لبياناتك.
٧. بيانات الأطفال
التطبيق مناسب لجميع الأعمار، وبما أنه لا يجمع أي بيانات أصلًا فهو لا يجمع أي بيانات عن الأطفال.
٨. التغييرات على هذه السياسة
أي تحديث مستقبلي لهذه السياسة سيُنشر في هذه الصفحة نفسها.

Privacy Policy — "Hafiz Quran" App

Summary: Hafiz Quran does not collect, store, or share any personal data whatsoever. Everything runs locally on your device. The app requests no operating-system permission other than the microphone, and only optionally, at your request.
1. Data We Collect
None. The app requires no account and collects no name, email, location, or any identifying information. It uses no analytics, tracking, or advertising tools.
2. Local Storage
Your memorization progress, settings (such as font and plans), saved plans, personal notes in the study circle (typed or handwritten), and the tasbih and daily-challenge counters are saved only in your device's local storage and are never sent to any server. Uninstalling the app deletes this data.
3. Permissions
The only permission the app may request is the microphone, for the optional recitation (Tasmee') feature, at your request. Audio is processed by your device's built-in speech recognition; the app never records, stores, or transmits audio. You may deny the permission and fully use the rest of the app.
The app does not request location, camera, motion and orientation, notifications, or any other permission.
4. Qibla Direction
The qibla feature works fully offline, without location and without sensors. You choose your country and city from a list built into the app, and the app computes the qibla angle mathematically from the city coordinates stored inside it. Nothing is sent anywhere, and your device location is never used.
5. External Connections
The Quran text, tafsir, gharib glossary, all memorization tools, and the qibla feature work fully offline. The app connects to the internet only in limited, optional cases at your request:
Prayer times: when you request prayer times, the app sends the city name you selected (and its country) to the AlAdhan.com service to fetch the times. Your device location and no personal data are sent — only the city name. As with any internet request, the server sees your device's IP address during the request only. Times are approximate; follow your local mosque's adhan.
Reciter audio and Saudi Quran Radio: when you open the memorization/listening page, the reciters list is fetched from mp3quran.net, and audio streams inside the app directly from the relevant streaming servers. As with any internet request, those servers see your device's IP address during the request and playback only; the app sends no personal data with it.
QR code in the share card: the QR image is fetched from an external QR-generation service (qrserver.com); only the app's public store link is sent with the request.
External site buttons: such as the King Fahd Glorious Quran Printing Complex website, open in your device browser and are governed by their own privacy policies.
Share and export: when you choose to share an ayah, a note, or your notebook, the text is handed to your operating system's share sheet, and you choose where it goes.
In none of these cases does the app collect any personal data, nor does it intentionally upload your data to anyone.
6. Content and Translations
The "New Muslim Guide" and "Reflections" content was translated into multiple languages with the help of AI and human review. Translations are displayed inside the app only and involve no processing of your data.
7. Children's Data
The app is suitable for all ages, and since it collects no data at all, it collects no data from children.

Any future updates to this policy will be published on this same page.
