By reserving a spot at The Olden Bird Masquerade, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.      ADMISSION & ACCESS.

 Entry is by invitation or ticket only and guests must present proof of admission at the entrance.

2.      DRESS CODE.

 The official dress code is Formal Wear with Masks (given at the entrance)

3.      PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA.

 Photography will be conducted during the event for promotional and archival purpose.

By attending, guests consent to being photographed or filmed.

Media may be used by Hadnox Global LLC for future event promotion.

4.  SAFETY & SECURITY.

Security personnel will be present throughout the venue.

Guests are expected to follow all safety instructions and respect designated areas.

In case of emergency, guests should follow guidance from the staff and security.

5.      REFUND POLICY.

Guests are entitled to a 97% refund for cancellations made before 8th December 2025. Cancellation after this date will receive a 20% refund.

6.      DATA COLLECTION.

 Guest details (name, phone number, email address, ticket type, and payment reference) are collected solely for event management.

 No unnecessary personal information is requested.

7.      DATA USAGE.

 Information is used to confirm reservations, issue tickets, and manage entry.

 Payment references are used only for verification and accounting.

8.      DATA SHARING.

Guest data will not be sold or shared with third parties.

Limited access is granted to event staff for check-in and coordination purposes.

9.      DATA SECURITY.

All submissions are stored securely through Jotform and Hadnox Global systems.

Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

10.  RETENTION & DELETION

We may retain your personal information (name and contact details) for the purpose of notifying you about future events, offers, or relate activities. This information will be stored securely and used only for legitimate business and communication purposes.

Guests have the right to request deletion of their personal information at any time. Upon receiving such a request, we will promptly erase the data from our records, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business reasons such as resolving disputes or contractual obligations. Once deleted, the information will not be recoverable.

11.  CODE OF CONDUCT.

Guests must refrain from disruptive, unsafe, or offensive behavior. Failure to comply will result in removal without refund.

12.  LIABILITY DISCLAIMER.

Hadnox Global LLC is not liable for personal injury, loss or damage to property during the event.

13.  FORCE MAJEURE.

Hadnox Global LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond its control.
