About Julia

Julia is a native New Yorker, born outside of Albany and raised in Armonk, New York. She has worked in the non-profit sector since the late 1990s. Julia and her husband Peter moved from New York City to New Hampshire in September of 2001. They returned to New York and settled in South Salem in 2011.

Since moving to South Salem in 2011 to raise their three sons, Julia and Peter have been active volunteers in the community, and have worked to build a strong network of friends and colleagues. You may recognize her from her volunteer activities in the community (listed below).

Currently, Julia works as the Senior Director of Medical Operations at Blythedale Children’s Hospital in Valhalla. Her work gives her the opportunity to use her operational and financial experience to provide the best care possible for medically complex children. During her professional career she has held leadership roles at Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital, United Way, Boys & Girls Clubs, Guiding Eyes for the Blind and Bridges to Community. She is a proud graduate of Cornell University (B.S.) and Dartmouth College (M.S.).

Julia is excited to seek a position on the Lewisboro Town Board to continue her service to the community and to help build the best possible Lewisboro
